Do I need to make a reservation and why don't you have a map or directions to Bertie's Beauty on the website?
Bertie's Beauty is operating in a residential neighborhood, therefore reservations must be made in advance. Once you have booked your appointment, directions and details reagarding your service will be included in your confirmation.
Why do I need to pay in advance for my service(s)?
This allows for an easy transaction.
What if I need to cancel or if I missed my appointment?
Confirmations are sent 3 days before and reminders are sent 48 hours prior to your visit. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments, will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Should you arrive late, your service will still end at its scheduled time as a courtesy to the next guest.
What should I wear?
Anything really! You will be given a robe to wear during your treatment. It is suggested your valuables be left at home. Bertie's Beauty is not responsible for lost jewelry or other personal items.
I'm pregnant, can I get a facial? I have allergies and/or on medication can I get a facial?
If you are pregnant, have allergies, take medication which contraindicates to waxing (acne prescriptions and Retin A), have any pre-existing medical conditions and/or special needs, please make a note on the from in the CONTACT section. Accommodations will be made, to make your visit comfortable and pleasant.
How will my skin react post treatment? How do I take care of my skin after my visit?
Everyone's skin is unique. Products used during treatments have been carefully selected to avoid irritation. However, immediately avoid sun exposure, hot tubs/sauna and exfoiliation for 24 hours. Your skincare protocol can be found here.
I loved my facial, can I buy a package?
Aw, thanks! Yes, you can do it right here. Packages are available in a series of 3 or 6.
Do you have gift cards?
Gift cards may be purchased online with the option of printing or sending via email to the recipient. Also, you can buy one during your visit.
My child's school is having a fundraiser, can you make a donation?

Do you accept credit cards?
All major credit cards are accepted. Cash apps are not accepted at this time.
